At Adornmonde, we want you to love your jewelry, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all full-priced items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be generated automatically once your request is approved.
Pack Your Items
Securely place your jewelry in its original Adornmonde packaging and attach the shipping label to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
